So I noticed that I animate things so much better with exaggerated movements. Animating something that looks cartoony is so much easier for me than something that is realistic and linear, is that the same for you guys? All I know is I like how this style is working and how I can actually do something with it. CNC I guess, What does CNC stand for? I know it has something to do with Criticism but idk what it actually means.

Cnc stands for constructive criticism.(or maybe comments and criticize? idk)
Well i can say that exaggeration is good. ( we are animators after all )
the animation is okay, it's just that it's a bit wobbly.

The poses are fine to me. But it lacks weight. Your stick somewhat doesn't interact with the ground. He's just barely pushing off. Over exaggerating makes movements looks so good imo, which barely, rarely happens nowadays it seems (in the stick world). Anyways I would add more bounce when he lands and stretch it as he comes off a little that way it'll give the stick more weight and make it look as if he is pushing off the ground instead of just gliding with it.
