Anyone else watching it?

I'm watching the Microsoft Press Conference, and they announced that the 20 GB Pro model of the 360 will get a price cut to only $299. Meanwhile, Sony has NO plans to drop the price of the PS3. Lol.

Also, G4 showed the most up-to date console sales chart, with the Wii at 24.5 million units sold, the 360 at 19 million units sold, and the PS3 at a mere 12.8 million units sold.

Microsoft is turning it into a complete casual system.

Although, COLD BLOODED was pretty awesome.

They are't turning into a "casual system". They are still going to have loads more hardcore titles than the PS3 and Wii COMBINED. They're just trying to move more units because they noticed that they have very few casual games, and thats obviously a very big demographic, judging by the Wii's success. They have to get a lot of casual games out there this year to catch the casual gamers, and then next year they'll start releasing more hardcore titles.

Yeah they need to to make some more awesome options. That would make them less like mii's and more like microsoft avatars. And if you can't make a masterchief one then that's a terrible oversight.

Gow II looks amazing by the way, I don't care if people say that it's a rehash, there's enough new stuff to make it amazing, and it seems like they redid all the old animations.

I've had it off since the games went away. Now my ears hurt.

Awesome, Rock Band 2 is getting shown. And it's a 360 exclusive set for September. Most likely others later on.

85 song set list, + 20 free downloadable songs later on, + original Rock Band songs on Rock Band 2. Holy shit.

I may be switching my reservation. Damn.

Use what works and make it better.

Face it, avatar's a copy of mii's but their mii's hopefully done right. With the community games and stuff.
