Apologies if this sounds too harsh, but next time try putting some actual animation into it. This is just a few pictures strung together with highly jarring and distracting black-screen cuts. This has all the makings of someone who's trying to disguise the fact that he can't animate for peanuts - which, by the way, is perfectly okay if we can see animation and give criticism, but this is just kind of ridiculous.
The very little animation that I was able to see doesn't really make that much sense. The guy on the left gets ready to run, and then he's suddenly all up and in the air and stuff. Maybe try putting some extra frames in between the two poses so that we know what's going on? On the bright side, your stick figures are well-constructed and your posing is good. Keep that up, it's looking good so far :D
The last scene is completely different from the rest and just looks slightly off (the guy's face, especially). You seem to have a good understanding of Movie Clips, though.
Try practicing movements and easing. You can find helpful advice in the Tutorials section of the forum. Don't be afraid to show us how you animate - that's how you improve. :D
