They never said it was new test chambers.

It IS a level pack.

It's for the 360 only.

The ticker at the bottom of the screen said on G4 that it was an individual release, and called them new test chambers.

Yeah, it's not like Valve to make the same game over. Gabe actually said in an interview that when they make a sequel they basically remake the entire game, hardly anything is ever new if at all.

E3 isn't really a PC event, it's a console event first and foremost.
