Only ads I've noticed are on the Xbox Dashboard, and I haven't experienced any lag with Xbox Live. Oh, and how dare people actually play Xbox Live instead of leaving the games empty. Fucking assholes.

No wifi but I prefer direct connection with a wire anyway. The 360 comes with HDMI cables. Well, at least mine did.

Microsoft will probably breakdown and release it for 360 eventually. Could care less at this point though. Normal DVD discs work for now.
