i am not sure if this counts as general help or not so if a mod sees this move this page to the right location

is it possible to add motion blur to a v-cam
can it be a code or a trick ?

I think you can't, Flash is not that powerfull with filters and stuff.

You can use other softwares like Fireworks or Photoshop to add that motion blur to every frame of your BG and then export it as bitmaps to your animation

You can. I was able to do it in one of my anims. Just make sure you don't do it too much, it could make it lag quite a bit.
There is no need for coding, just go to filters and add blur.

EDIT: Wait, never mind. Wrong blur. :/

Yeah, you can't do that sort of stuff in flash.

can you not use a second V-cam With A blur in the Logo Layer?
as in a white shape with a low alpha channel. May work. try it i guess

This is possible, some vcams can do it and others can't. I think corn had one that could.
Just try to find all the vcams you can and test them in the filter settings in flash.

as far as i know, flash does not have Radial blur, at least not flash 8 but i dont know what flash you're using but i have never seen radial blur in flash
th only time i have seen it, was with sprite animators but i guess they use other software like kodoku said

if i remember correctly there used to be a vcam that you could apply filters to. i have no idea where to find it though, and i dunno if the blur would work in the way you're describing, either.

but you can always apply filters to a v-cam because its a movieclip right?
