-Create carbon through her hands and feet.
-She can only create diamond and graphite.
-But most of the time, she creates tough diamond.

Weaknesses:
-If she's weakened, she can't make tougher diamonds. (Because she can't focus to her power) So the diamonds she creates will be breakable.
-If she's weakened, she will also create graphite by accident. (Also because she can't focus to her power)

Personality (IMPORTANT):
She's a happy, cheeky, normal girl who likes to listen to rock and metal. \m/ She doesn't like killing good guys during battle but she will kill bad guys.

Story:
She had a dream, or more like a vision, that the world needs heroes. And one of them is Angela. When she woke up and washed her face, she looked at the mirror and saw a diamond symbol on her left cheek. She was slightly shocked by this. And then she felt something hard on her hands. She looked at them and realized that she can create diamond.

(I saw Blublublublu's rules. And it gives me some kind of "idea" to make this important rules. It's just some rules that only my RHG must follow. Because she seems too OP.)
