The facial proportions are way off and the eyes are too big.
The hair also isn't that great. The bangs are stiff and look like they are full of expired hair gel mixed with molasses. The rest of the hair just flows unnaturally. I suggest that you learn basic facial construction. Andrew Loomis has a great tutorial called "Drawing Heads and Hands" that I think you should check out. Once you you get down the basic head proportions you can move on and make it "anime" styled.

You can read Andrew Loomis' book in this link----> Andrew Loomis - Drawing Heads and Hands

Don't draw anime expressions, because drawing anime expressions won't help your anime expressions. Everything is flat, 2d, and boring. Look up Andrew Loomis's book "fun with a pencil" and do the exercises. And never stop, always more loomis. And should also study actual human anatomy. And the don't even look like typical "Anime" eyes. Anime eyes aren't square and don't connect on all sides, usually the they just draw and exaggerated version of the eyelashes, usually the top on and sometimes the bottom. I mean holy shit you can barely see the sclera on most of those.

These aren't expressions.

These are expressions.

But of course, learn to heads before you learn to expressions. Get studying.
