My biggest problem is the hair. It has too flat a feeling, and the shading style makes it the most distracting aspect about it. It kind of just feels like it shoots all over the place. The right eye (visibly left) also seems a bit off, though it may just be that the shape of the head is throwing me off. His body also feels like it's too wide, but that of course is from how the shirt is done. It just seems stiff. I think it's due to the lack of wrinkles, so you have to assume he fully fills out the shirt AKA no room in there. Anatomically, it looks pretty good though, and overall, it's a great piece though. Definitely better than I can do, but that doesn't really matter much with c'n'c.

Yea I think it's the right arm throwing off the pose. If he has his arm raised forward, the way the shirt drapes over his arm would be different and not as creased as you have it now. You probably know more about this stuff than I do, so just watch out for what overlaps what. That and his head is a bit demented. I do really love your style tho.
