I like it, although the bellybutton and breasts look a bit off to me. Kind of looks like torso is facing the front and the side at the same time idk

There isn't a wrist for the left arm and the fingers and the hand itself need some work. The hand is too small and the fingers look weird. Also the shoulders are uneven and her breasts are like balloons and that isn't right. You also messed up at the hips and which way her torso's facing compared to the way her face is facing, like what Irian said. Her pants at the edge just sorta come out and thats not really right and that bulp makes it look like she's wearing briefs...

Good job, maybe after a few more of these you should really start "Studying" these references. Not just replicate them. Find out and learn what muscle is doing what, why it's doing that and what it looks like.
