Erm...Yeah you need work.
Where is her chin? The hair is all over the place, and not in a nice windswept-style sorta way. Those are clothes, not prunes, so ease up on the wrinkles. the skirt doesn't hug her leg as cloth would do if she was moving forward. The legs need curves and are spaced terribly close. The orientation of the pelvis is wrong in the sense that it looks like the front is facing to her right. One leg should be slightly bigger if it is closer. There is very little sense of depth aside from the overlapping of the hands.
Practice trying to draw in a 3-dimensional mind-set. View anatomy and perspective tutorials.

You need to clean this up. It's messy. Really messy.

Its really difficult to get an idea of what is drawn here because the sketch is too messy. There is nothing wrong with rough/messy sketches though. The picture itself has a lot of potential, but in order for it to be properly CnC'd you'd need to finish it.

background doesn't look good.

Thanks for the criticism guys, I really needed it, and I may need more if i'm going to get better. I'll start looking up some anatomy and perspective tutorials, ill also try to clean up my work. As for the background, I dont plan on improving my skills on that until I can get a hang of the basic human.

There really isn't much cnc to be given other than the long repeated 'lrn2anatomy'.
If anything, you should avoid placing random lines because they end up cluttering the drawing and making it harder to see. Also, more confident lines.
