In my sphere, it's WWhiteSShadow (unless his character can't charge up because of decapitation). TrulyEpic and Blublublublublb don't count.

The only thing upsetting me is figuring out which dimensions to crop and resize so I can set this as my wallpaper.

Yes, I mean "someone close to you who is stronger than you". There are many pairs RHG, that 2 characters always being together (such as 4 pairs in the image)
Usually 1 can rage himself, but other 1 has better skill.

I drew my RHG today, his not a normal stick figure, so I tried giving him a different body type...
What do you guys think of it?
BTW: Can anyone show me a art program I can use to make quality computer pictures?
(I don't have one of those drawing tablets so I'm looking for a program that's easy to use with a mouse)

no program is easy to draw with the mouse , if you can't afford a tablet , buy a touchscreen monitor instead (probably cheaper)

What kind of pictures do you mean?
It all depends on your personal preferences though. I used to use Photoshop a lot last year but then I got more interested on using Flash since months ago and I admit it's more reliable for me as a mouse user. Although in before I got a new laptop and still have no Photoshop installed, so I use Flash instead.
But if you talk about realistic quality, Photoshop or SAI should do. Flash focuses more on vector stuff. Just keep practicing on both if you want and see what fits you the best.
