Not trying to led you down, I'm just telling the truth: it is really bad. The animation is packed with stiffness, and lack of easing (and other important stuffs in animating). The reaction when the red shot the blue one with a gun, the blue stick just flew back. He should have leaned forward really quick when a bullet hit him but the only thing you did was move the stick without moving a single joint. You really need to learn more things about Pivot, you can always visit the Pivot Tutorials section. I recommend you to check out Zed's Pivot tutorials since they're extremely useful for beginners:

Pivot for Beginners
Flow - Everything You Need To Know
Walking - Everything You Need To Know
Easing - Everything You Need To Know

Just keep practicing, and someday you'll notice that you're improving. Also, I think you should have just posted this on the Beginner's Thread since you're a rookie anyways, but whatever. Last one thing, don't post "JUST FOR FUN" animations because it will mean that the animation is "effortless".

Good luck animating.
