Nice, although I would like to know if you are a tablet or a mouse user?

jesus christ man can you like, make your signature smaller?

anyways he's a tablet user;you can tell by the pressure lines in the drawing.

First off, don't draw in flash, it's a terrible program for illustrating. Also you need to work on the face and the contour of the head-
It's sorta too pointy and long and it should be more flat. The hair also looks pretty weird and needs more detail as so do the eyes. His ear is also way to small and
it's too round, the other one is longer. I'd also tweak the neck muscle a bit there and make it a tidbit shorter. But you did pretty well on the torso dude, nice job.

I think the "contour" of the head is fine, seeing as it is an anime drawing. It doesn't look too long, and it looks like you got the situation of the eyes, nose, and mouth pretty well. And the hair doesn't look all that bad either.
Though, the ear is a bit small, and it could be shaped a little better.
The biggest thing that sticks out the most is the folds in the clothes. They look like you just put in a few strokes and hoped they would pass for folds. Try actually planning them, and executing their position properly.
The jawbone looks a little off. Can't figure out why, it just appears odd.

Anyway, although Flash isn't preferred for art, you can still use it for sketching. But for a more clear CnC, try doing a more full body picture, and giving it some base color at least. Ya know, make it more complete.

Chicken scratchy af man. I don't know how much experience you have in drawing, coming from this not much and you should not start form manga/anime style. It's not really good. The head looks alittle too big compared to the body. Read Andrew Loomis's Fun With A Pencil and do the exorcises

Asking for a proper cnc is rather ludicrous when you only have the sketch of half a torso and a bland pose. There isn't anything anyone can tell. Come back when you have something that you spent more time and effort on.

What I can tell is that you misplaced the neck and mucked up the shading. Hair looks like spikes of slime and don't seem to come from a single point. Also tubes for arms.

Get to work on something more interesting and train your fundamentals before you try anime again.
