The force applied on the wall of the box is wrong. You should make parts of the wall, that have been directly punched, go to the right instead of still being attached. And the top wall should goes up. And that guy runs too fast, means you didn't put easing on the guy.

For a beginner it's pretty sick, I like the high FPS not many people have the testicular orbs to try it but you did a decent job. Try and work on your pretty much everything though, simple tests like this one, read up on zeds tutorial and post the results for more cnc.
