In the community projects the rules says that :

Any thread found that is not related to any of the listed threads above will be deleted and that member warned.
and i have a project and i wanna start it but it's not SSP Related Project how can i make it Related and if i can't where should i post my project ?

It's a story about aliens getting to earth and conquering it and bla bla bla and the 3 Chosen RHG guys is going to defend earth and try to kill aliens and you know how can i post my project now ? and what is SSP?

"SPP" is just StickPagePortal, which was the URL of this site until the 2010 update. So in this context it just means "anything related to Stickpage" and this would probably fit. Alternatively you could, I think, post it in the Original Literature section, but it might be best to check with whoever moderates that place first. I have no idea what happens in there.
