The hair is too blurry compared to the rest of the drawing, which is the first problem I noticed. The eyes look a little far apart, the nose looks too small and the face looks poorly drawn, her cheeks look like they're concaving in.
The way you've drawn the elbows looks like her arms and wrists are dislocated, and the shoulders shouldn't bulge forward the way you've drawn them. And looking at her thighs, her legs look too fat in proportion to the rest of her body.
You've done a decent job with the shading though. I'd recommend you study up a bit more on female anatomy, and possibly try and find poses sideways like the way you've drawn it here. Keep practicing.

Try studying the anatomy of the face, the cheeks are bulged inwards. If you are following a particular perspective, try following it throughout the face cuz the nose and lips completely vary in perspective with the eye.
The ears are not placed right though they are kind of elfy ears, they always do come up in line with the eyes with the intersection points.
You have done a pretty good job with the hair, but what makes it look shoddy is the blurred tone. Its just left with its beginning stage (thats what viewers visualize)
you should take the hair further by adding sharp highlights and dark toned lines so, it doesnt seem blurry all over.
The joints in the hands do not work that way. Its as if the hands have hot two epicondile sections one below the other.Try going through how the bones work at the elbow joints.
But otherwise , i like the way you hav shaded the skin and your monochromed tone on the portrait. Keep practicing c:

Looks broken af man, you are diving right into advanced drawing without have any idea of the basics. The torso looks like it's missing a ribcage, the eye look way too big and misplaced and her arms look like they were mangled together. Start with basics man. Andrew Loomis' fun with a pencil is a great way to start and then you can move on to Proko or Sycra.

i can see the face looking weird and out of place(eyes where meant to be big tho). don't completely get the hand and elbow thing tho. but thanks for the cnc! :D ill give this "fun with a pencil" thing a try since i see so many people recommending it.

Well, it looks beautiful, man. Well, it would, but the face bothers me a lot. It looks like the chin and face outline tilt at an angle that the other facial features (eyes, nose, mouth, etc) don't, and the ears seem like they should be further back on the head.

The hair doesn't bother me at all, but I'm probably not as experienced as Charry or Vishal.

The elbow looks like it has one more joint than it should (the curves around that point are all wrong) and the fingers definitely do look off, tho I didn't even notice the arm the first time I looked at it because the face->chest->back->hip->thigh attracted all my attention away from the arm.

And I didn't notice it at first, but like they said, the thighs appear too big for the width of the hip.

Also, with the position of the shoulder where it's at, she looks very tense because she's obviously using her muscles to lift up her shoulders. This contrasts with the more relaxed feel of the rest of the piece. Relaxed shoulders are usually harder to draw IMO and usually hang a lot lower (which IMO is what makes them more difficult to draw).

And I just noticed the nose, which seems to have one nostril hidden, which would imply a viewpoint contradictory to that established by the rest of the place. Also, the rings on her back are inconsistently drawn. Several of them look mangled / misshaped.

Other than these things that bothered me, this looks like a really beautiful piece. In terms of light and shading, I really can't offer any advice.
