The footing was weird when Ven stood up.
And you didnt really ease your movements at all...
Maybe be a bit more patient with easing and footing and all that stuff.

For TJ,
I think you need to improve a little more, maybe visit theDarkDemon and watch or read some tutorials.
Even if you improved, it's just not good enough to be a Pixel...

practicing for a few weeks and expecting you improved and ready to join any clan you want ISN'T how thing work!
you make 1 day animations and expect everyone to think there good but they could use TONS of work. You don't just jump into animating, work for a hour, say your too lazy to finish, and post it on here.
Maybe if you take people's suggestions SERIOUSLY and not take them as INSULTS for NO REASON, You would LEARN something! If you want to get better actually let people HELP YOU!
I'm tired of seeing these half-baked anims everyday and expecting praise for slightly improving on just ONE element of animating. So just GO and PRACTICE or something and actually work on a animation FOR MORE THAN a DAY!

No offense Setto, but TJ has the unique ability to not require practicing at all. I think that beats any kind of skill around here.

That skill is so much worse than all of the other skills it's almost better.
But I don't think you get it Tj. Venix is remaking the clan but he just wants members that will be more active.
So I think venix is still gonna be leader but with new members lol.
