Uh, I may have to explain that, it's not what it seems like.

My friends and I have Skype, just another IM program where it's really easy to send files, but the sending file window slows down your computer. You can also send multiple files, so if you get super pissed at someone, send them like 300 copies of one shortcut to nothing, and you can basically kill the computer into a coma-like state, where a hard reboot is the only way out.

It's fun.

Ah. Well all I found funny was the title, so explanation wasn't necessary. Pretty diabolical though.

It's really fun, but it's pretty much a two sided sword, but it's easier when I send it to a friend who's a complete noob, and doesn't know about the option of grouping similar taskbar buttons.
