I'm fairly disappointed. If those were 'studies' then I really don't know what kind of studies you have been doing.
Nothing much to say apart from you still haven't grasped the shape of the body. Rather you managed to incorrectly draw the armpits and made the girl's stomach compressed in a rather painful way. If you don't already know how the abs look like, you'd like to know that they do not sink in. Either you still don't know how the body works, or you are simply bad at the colouring.
Either the case, it's back to references and actual studies.

You should not be disappointed, this guy started taking this seriously for a short period of time and he is getting there, of course he needs to work on his anatomy but it's part of learning, we all have our own methods of learning anatomy and started somewhere.
By the way you have a deviant art?

To be honest, I've been following Jan's progress as well, and I have to agree with Lobo. At first, he was doing actually pretty well and seemed to be improving, but here lately, it seems as if he is digressing and losing his original knowledge of anatomy. Lobo has a right to his opinion, and seeing as he IS one of the better critics in art, Jan should really pay attention to what he says.
But Jan, I actually found a site the other day that might help you. I'll dig it up for when I get the chance, which should be sometime today.
