So lately, clans having sometimes been having issues getting their members in for preps on time. Scheduled 3 vs 3 preps have been canceled or have been done as minis instead. If were gonna have organized preps, I thought it would help if there was a thread here where all clans and their members could post their ideal time zones. This thread will also help since now is summer time and school is out for a lot of us. So, I'm thinking clans can have preps a lot more often with other clans instead of waiting a whole week for one prep with one clan.

-What clan you are from
-Your timezone
-What days and times you are usually available

I would also ask that preps be scheduled at least a week in advance, and that members show up before 20 minutes before prep starts to reduce waiting time. Also, if a clan does not have 3 members ready by 20 minutes after prep starts, or a person drops out and there is no substitution available, that clan forfeits the prep.

Birdman, I have a notion you made this thread from the last prep we had today scheduled for 8:00 EST. This was an event you wanted that I agreed to, even though I was on the fence if I could promise 3 players. We managed 6. This was entirely on you...

Just an idea, what if we made a publicly editable spreadsheet that had a list of preps, time, whos attending in each clan, etc. Or it might be one only editable by leaders if too many people troll around with it.

We have that already for our members and are in the process of completing it. Once we get everyone's times down we'll lock it for editing and post here.

I would have made this thread regardless of what the outcome of that prep was. I made this thread because I wanted other clans to be able to interact with each other more often.

And to be fair, that was a time suggested by you. Had that been around 2 pm EST like I suggested, it probably would have been the other way around.

We get our members to confirm if they can make a prep, and if we can't muster the people, we cancel. Simple as that.

Also, like Rain said, one step ahead :P already got a spreadsheet like that.
