yooo is there any tips on how to draw stick figures? I feel like I can draw them but my lines always look squiggly cuz of the smoothing. What smoothing would you recommend in flash?

Well if mouse, I would say 40, but practice your lines and you will eventually get it.

ok, CNC time (Lol I haven't done this in a while)
Ok, this was a good rust-breaking anim you did! Your anim was quite smooth, you used easing effectively and your pacing was top noch. But there were some things you can improve on.

when the guy runs up and kicks the wall, the physics is wrong. If you have a running start and kick a wall, your whole body will continue to move until your whole budy collides with the wall due to momentum. If he stopped and THEN kicked the wall, it would be correct.

also, when the guy comes down, it was confusing on what he was even doing. was he spinning? Was he doing a front flip? I don't know. My suggestion is that you either keep it simple and just make him fall OR you animate what you want him to do clearer. What I would have done is that when he kicked the wall, he held onto the wall and do a backflip.

Finally, you resized the stick fig when he landed. If you were to imagine him standing up again, he would look smaller than the original stick. So I would recommend using guidelines in order to keep the proportions the same :)
Overall, you nailed most of the essentials. Good job on the un-rust session :)
