I haven't really read trough the whole thread, so forgive me if I might repeat anything.

I would so freeze the ocean and walk on it. I could get close to any dangerous animal species and watch/touch it. Or travel round the world, to see anything. Olympics. Or help people in earthquakes.

This reminds me on that case with the invisible ring. What would you do, if you had a ring that gve you invisibility?

Well, considering that your time stopping abilities stopped everything within a two-inch radius from you and living was possible, I'd throw something in the air and see what happened when the stopped time caught back up to it and then I started time once again.
