This game is a very simple one.
Basically there are six types of people:
God - Is in charge of the game and manages proceedings. This is the role that I will take up.
The Werewolf - Kills one person at night
The Devil - Is aware of who the Werewolf is and tries to scheme to stop the Werewolf from being killed
The Priest - Gets to save one person at night
The Hitchhiker - Gets to accuse one person of being the Werewolf at night
Villagers - Have to work out who the Werewolf is
For the Evil people (The Devil and The Werewolf) the aim of the game is to kill everyone without the Werewolf getting killed. For everyone else the aim of the game is to kill the Werewolf. The game runs on a Day and Night basis. During the day everyone involved debates as to who they believe the Werewolf to be. The aim is to have come to a decision as to who everyone thinks the Werewolf is by the end of the day. At the end of the day a vote is taken and the person with the most votes is killed on suspicion of being a Werewolf. If they are the Werewolf the game ends and the forces of Good have prevailed. If it is not the Werewolf the game continues into night time. If it is a tie the game goes to Night without anyone dying. During the Night the Werewolf nominates someone who they would like to kill. The Priest also nominates someone they would like to bless who will be saved. If this is the same person then the Priest has saved their life. If not the Werewolf gets to kill them and the Priests blessing is wasted. The Hitchhiker also gets to tell God which person they think is the Werewolf. God then has to inform the Hitchhiker whether they are right or wrong. Once that has been completed we return to Day time again and the debate as to who the Werewolf is rages on again. This carries on until either the Werewolf is killed or all the Good people are killed.
YOU MAY NOT TELL ANYONE WHAT YOU ARE, YOU ARE ONLY ALLOWED TO STATE WHETHER YOU ARE GOOD OR EVIL (but anyone with half a brain cell will claim to be good as claiming to be evil is completely retarded).
There will be a new thread for each day (unless I have have to just post all the new days in one thrread) where I will inform people of the previous nights shenanigans and leave it to you guys to find out who the werewolf is. I'll keep the discussion period open for exactly 48 hours and then start another one. Once the 48 hours has ended i will PM the Werewolf, Priest and Hitchiker asking them for their nominations. I will then reply to the Hitchhiker, open a new thread, announce who is dead and the game will carry on.
If anyone is interested whack your name down here, we only need 5 people to get going but i'll leave this here for a few days before hand. Everyone will be notified of what they are prior to the first day. DO NOT tell anyone what or who you are, it just ruins the game for everyone involved. Also once you've been killed you are out the game and can no longer contribute to the thread. When played properly this is a highly entertaining game which really brings out the cunning and deceptive talents in some people as well as the good judgement skills of others. When people start telling each other what they are though the game is ruined, this particularly applies to the Devil who knows who the Werewolf is.
