think of each step in a run as a little hop coming out of a strong stride forward.

Your elbows pump front and back for balance, the whole arm usually does thrust back like that much.

Take advantage of the pressure sensitivity wacom's stuff offers, in most versions of flash the driver for it can give flash a little pressure button that looks like a tear drop. play with the smoothing in the properties, the brush sizes you like, and the settings program the driver gives you. you can hotkey your pen to do things other than right clicking. usually i like to set it to the pan/scroll/handgrab tool so i can zoom in and pan with my pen.

Not bad for a beginner. You need to work a little more on the that start of the running, he should apply some force on the ground in order to make a few (jumping) steps. It seems alright other than that. The feet kinda seem a little wierd, but I'm not quite sure why.. Anyway, I can tell that you are about to improve quickly.
