Abilities:
Manipulation of Air: He can manipulate the air around him or create his own air to control (creating his own air uses much more energy)
Limb Regeneration: If a limb is dismembered from his body, the open wound will steam and the limb will slowly regenerate. His arms, legs, and fingers are the only parts of his body that will regenerate (usually about 1 minutes). Fracture bones will also regenerate, but they will take less time to (30 to 45 sec). If his head is severed from his body, it will not regenerate; he will die
Immunity to Extreme Velocities: Will not die/pass out from pulling large amounts of G-Force (i.e. - free-falling down to Earth from space)
Weapons/Fighting Style: He primarily uses his fists and feet (mostly his feet) variously powered up with air to fight, but he also has a wind scythe. When using it, his speed is lowered due to its extra weight, but his defensive and offensive abilities are raised sharply (get it? :P)

Human Weaknesses: Can be hurt by everything a human can be hurt by (except for velocity)
Story

Zephryos was born or made (he doesn't know which since he didn't have any parents that he knew of) on an Earth-like planet. However, it had extremely violent windstorms that orbited the planet at low altitudes, and gravity three times that of Earth. He was the only being of his kind that he knew of that existed on the planet. There were other creatures there that he lived off of. Overtime, he learned to work with the windstorms to hunt for food and defend himself against hostile beasts. His planet was very near to a Red Giant star, and his planet's atmosphere was the only thing keeping it cool. One day, a spacecraft came near to his planet and started destroying its atmosphere. He tried to run away from it, but being only 10 Earth-years old, he was quickly outrun and sucked away along with the atmosphere. Once the spacecraft had finished, he was in a dark chamber and could barely see. In an escape attempt, he attacked one single wall repeatedly in hopes of breaking it. It took a very long time, and Zephryos was pretty much out of energy on the final blow that broke the wall and blew a hole in the spacecraft's right engine. He was immediately sucked out into the vacuum of space. He hit his head on the way and went unconscious. When he came to, he was on a meteor headed straight for Earth. It was then that he was forced to create his own air so that he could breathe. He made a bubble of air around him and held on to the meteorite. He felt the rock begin to heat up as it entered Earth's atmosphere. He tried to cool the air bubble around him by moving the air swiftly, but he was exhausted and couldn't keep it up. He decided that he had to jump. As he jumped from the side of the meteorite, his pushed shifted the rock's weight back and forth. It slammed into him breaking his hip so that it shot out from his side, and ripped his leg off from the knee down. Zephryos was violently hurled to the side, and passed out from the intense heat and pain. When he awoke he was on the shore of an ocean on Earth. Now that his body was awake and active, his wounds started to bleed severely. They emitted thick clouds of steam, as his broken hip dissolved and broke off. He felt much better. A new lower leg then began to form at the bottom of his knee. The bleeding and steaming stopped. He got up shaken and surprised to be alive. It didn't hurt that much for him to walk because he was used to a much higher level of gravity. He soon found a human city, and planned on keeping his abilities a secret. Even so, after all that had happened to him, he was curious to know what more he could to with his power. Another "human" approached him one day, and attacked him with an ability to make electricity. He seemed to be trying to force Zephryos into using his abilities to fight back. Their short duel ended with them both tired. The guy encouraged Zeph to join the RHG system. He agreed, and thought it would be a great chance to test his air and regeneration abilities, and to find out the full extent of his power
