If think it would be a great idea to have a different grade for each empire that you play with.
In my case I play Chaos all the time and I got to 1600 I would love to play as Elemental and Order but I will get slaughtered and I will switch back to Chaos and slaughter other people this seems a waste of time to play as order as I will just lower my grade and not have a chance of playing people with equal skill that I would have a chance of beating with chaos e.g
I play a 1500 as Chaos and I win
but I play a 1500 as Order and I have no chance of wining
I look forward to your comments.
idea for a change to the gradeing system

To me it won't be fair. Having the same elo for all three empire is fair, after all since your a member you can just use Chaos over and over.
Anyways majority of the players are non-members so this feature won't even be used by them.

I can only lose with it as it is I can only get a better chance of losing.
it would be fair with seprate elo as I am better with chaos than I am with Elemental I would say with chaos I am 1600 with Elemental 1400 and with Order 1200 how is it fair for me to play as Order with a skill level of 1200 against a seasoned order player on 1600?

Its a good idea but not very practical. Then we would have 6 separate elos, with order Chaos, and elemental in normal and DM. The main assumption is that order skill at least slightly transfers to chaos skill and vice versa. If you really suck that much at on empire then dont use it.

Generally memebers main one empire and their elo tends to quickly reflect that skill on that empire.
What might be nice however is being able to see wins/losses for each empire you play, though that's the sort of thing that can't be added for past games so is still probably not an idea that can be implemented, unless a lot of currently unviewable data is getting stored on each game.

My point is that it's unnecessary. If you want to best rating then just play with your "what you think is" best empire. It won't get any good if you make things complicated.

Make an alt and practice your, "weaker" empire, or just play some unranked matches with some lower rating people.
EDIT: Shouldnt be harder then me trying to play 2.1k-2.3k players with order (Im a chaos guy) with a rating of like 1750.

To be honest smurfing is already annoying with two elos. I kinda ruined the experience for lots of low elo DM players when it first came out because I was way better at the game having got a higher elo on classic. 6 elos would only make unintentional smurfing even worse.

That's actually true. If you're good enough, your macro skills and micro skills may be mis-applied but they shouldn't be super bad. If you really want to try a new empire, go friendlies first with clanmates and then start ranking. If you're high enough, you'll vs mostly 1800s and below anyway (since rank takes forever).
