This isn't a read to learn, so it's not fit for the tutorial section. The files are for reference/education, and are not public domain.
So feel free to dig into the file to learn as much as you can, and not just post a recolor to put around the internet under your name.
I do encourage messing with the colors and alpha levels of the gradient glow on your personal copy,
as you will find how the gradient glow works pretty quickly if you do.
