Hello? Lately last month I've downloaded Minecraft.exe launcher, but ever since I click 'PLAY' it kept on saying 'had local files but it was the wrong size, had ##### but expected ######' So, I was very frustrated. I almost quit playing it again since it kept on failing and failing. I searched Minecraft Forums, Help Forums, Minecraft.net and still not solution (those threads were not useful at all). So, I deleted the launcher and downloaded it again. This time, it says that it crashed. So, if there's anyone* who can help me, please do so. The details of the Crash is in the spoiler below. If you could not fix it, try finding others who can...

If you're still having the problem, go into the minecraft folders and delete everything unless you've downloaded texturepacks or started a world. If you've done that, take the "saves and "resourcepacks" folders and the "stats" file and put them in a separate folder. Then delete everything left and run minecraft. Once minecraft runs, add the files back in. I don't know how to get to the files on windows so just look up how to install a texturepack to get there.
