Also, from the looks of it, you animate body first. I suggest adding a neck first, then proceed to hide it under the head when you put it on. Like, when you connect the arms to the torso, try not to connect it directly to the tip, leaving a little room above, a "neck," to place the head in. Afterwards you can place your head in a more natural looking place, although as much as possible don't make the neck show up too much, if at all.
