Okay. Hewitt, if I put this in the wrong spot or its just dumb let me know and bin it please. Mainly,I just got bored and thought of a way to help people.

In this thread, I will be posting some RHG Ideas. These are open for anyone to take. Once a person takes an idea it will be deleted. Each idea will have the name the abilities and weaknesses. The rest is for you to come up with! Change the name or whatever, these are just a basic foundation. If you have any ideas, let me know.

Femur, The Marrowmancer
Abilities: Controls bones. Levitate bones. Bone Hailstorm. Has a pouch full of bones that he uses for combat.
Weaknesses: He is human. Cannot control opponents bones, unless their already dead.


Pixel
Abilities: Can build anything out of blocks/pixels. Weapons, walls, etc.
Weaknesses: Anything he constructs can be broken with enough heavy hits.


Dupe
Abilities: Can transform into opponent on touch and steal powers.
Weaknesses: I couldn't come up with any. Whatever you want.


Textile
Abilities: Any substance that Textile touches, his entire body turns into this substance. Only solid objects.
Weaknesses: If he is in a specific form, he has the weaknesses of that form.


Thorn
Abilities: Can grow thorns out of his hands and throw them at enemies.
Weaknesses: Fire is his weakness.

If this thread is going to exist- it should function less as a dumping ground for characters you have already given names for, but more as a list of powers and weapons that could could craft into their own characters. For example:

Powers:
Fire:
Characters with fire-based powers are able to do one or more of the following:
-Survive extreme heat
-Generate open flame
-Increase or decrease the size and power of an open flame
-Control the movement of thermal energy and the chemical reactions associated with it.

Weapons:
Sword:
Swords are bladed weapons- usually constructed from solid materials such as copper or steel, whose blades are often considerably longer than their hilts. Swords are sometimes- but not always, equipped with one or more of the following features:
-Ballistics; most commonly firing parallel to the blade or perpendicular to it.
-Explosives; the sword may fire explosive charges, or the sword itself may be the explosives
-Energy; swords can launch energy, absorb energy, or even consist of energy.

This way, people new to RHG could figure out what fire powers are, why they might choose them over ice, and why they might choose a sword over a shield. Then, using the descriptions as a guideline, the person could make their own unique combination; a character who can survive extreme heat, and wields a sword whose blade is made of energy.

Alternatively, you could simply provide a list of existing resources that might be helpful to users looking to get into RHG, such as a list of superhuman powers, and a few tips on how to turn those ideas into a character that is both balanced and fun to animate.

Essentially, give the people that are new to RHG the tools they need to make their own characters, rather than give them a list of partially assembled characters to rename and claim as their own.

So I guess what you're suggesting is have someone else clear up your thread and (presumably) wait for someone else make a better one? If you're not here to provide a resource for creating RHG characters, maybe this is in the wrong section.

I never said anything about someone else.making another one. I'd go through with this but I don't have the time. I'm on a phone with one bar of WiFi and I can barely browse this website. I will go through with this when I have access to my comp. I'm sorry. I shouldn't have done this right now. Okay.
