I want you to take in mind that Freezer is can be faster then the speed of light in his final form and that Haki users cannot predict the energy beams nor the logia type devil fruit users can't survive an energy beam (because its not physical damage).

I never said that Freezer is the coolest nor will I ever think that he is.I didn't put Vegeta or Goku because One Piece just doesn't stand chance against them :) (you cannot unprove that) goku could move with the speed of light with super saiyen 1 what about 4/god?And about the haki , they really can predict the movments but they won't have the time to react to them (maybe only Kizaru) its simply impossible for anyone else to dodge an attack of the speed of light, don't you think?

Your commentary on dodging the speed of light as impossible in the one piece verse is your opinion. It still doesn't say anything other than your bias for the obvious. Cant he just fly to outer space and destroy the entire planet thus destroying the one piece universe(Besides the space pirates-Manga). I know there are many people in one piece that can destroy meteors so they could possibly stop the first blast but then cant he just fly to another part of the planet and do it again I meant they cant just chase him from corner to corner of the planet. Destroying the planet is a cheap blow but it would get the job done.

This actually seems reasonable. In the small chance that the OP universe poses a problem, Freezer could just teleport outside the planet and blow it up.
