Nikolai pulled Dante under Anna’s shield, holding Anna in her arms tightly, guarding her with his trench coat as the debris crashed against the shield, barely putting a scratch on it. The mercenary looked up at the sky to see the same soldier who had saved Anna and saved everyone by taking the brunt of the attack, flying in the air by sheer shockwave, before plummeting down approximately twenty feet away in a pile, so that only Nikolai was able to see him.

He let out a sigh. Was he really going to leave his family to save this guy who he barely knew, who he had known for only a few hours? Why would he do, or even think of such a thing? The answer was because of how he saved Anna back there, and by sacrificing himself, had inevitably saved Dante too. Both of the people most important in his life were saved because of him and saving him was the least that he could do. If it weren’t for those reasons, he knew that he wouldn’t move to save a person like that. But…he did save them.

“Here, take her,” Nikolai said quickly, handing Anna’s cradled body to Dante before running out of her shield and skillfully dodging any coming debris that crashed around him, before diving to the pile of rock and soil. He grasped Michaels hand firmly, and slung him over his shoulder with great ease. He sprinted back towards the shield, nicking his ankle of a sharpened piece of rock, but other than that he made it to the shield unharmed, holding Michael with him. He was unconscious, most likely, and probably had critical injuries. But, at least he was alive.

“I had to save him, because he saved us,” Nikolai said, to nobody in particular.

Sebastian chuckled and sat back, the series of events taking their toll on his body, the stress and the emotions all weighing on his bones. "If you want to thank me, never do that again. Please." He breathed heavily. He wiped his face, noticing the cold sheen of sweat that covered his skin. Iris can't die, he lifted her head and placed it on his lap, trying to help her get more comfortable. She can't die, I won't let her. I will protect her next time, and every time after that. He hoped they would be able to rest, she needed time to heal and rest up. "So now to confront the elephant in the room." He looked up from staring at Iris' face, "Bub I'm so glad you're alive, when Yoosa killed you and Max I felt so pathetic... I'm so sorry for putting your through all of that."

"Wait...", Iris managed to lift her crossbow, tho a bit shaky, her face frowed as she moaned a bit and so, one last green arrow was spawned she handed it to Sebastian and said "To... someone that needs it..." as soon as Sebastian took the arrow, Iris' body stopped moving, only her heart could be heard she passed out from exhaustation and blood lost. Tho thanks to the quick healing the only wounds bothering her were the ones made by the impact of the explosion and the hard landing.

For a final time, Anna's eyes blinked open.

They were fully alert.

The immense power that was growing in her mind was so lively, so gigantic, that it hurt her head with the sheer power of it. In her concentration to control her mind that had been bolstered by Yoosa's touch, Anna could hardly spare the effort to even talk. Anything she said in the near future would be as short as she could make it.

With perfect calculations, Anna detonated a set of fields to send herself floating right with Nikolai as he went, keeping them all clear of falling rocks and dangerous, unstable formations while watching out for the three of them.

And then after an instant of studying, Anna formed a spectacularly-shaped field that lined the inside and outside of the rock pile that trapped Michael, and she slowly 'lifted it' straight up with her power, moving the entire formation safely and leaving Michael room to crawl free.

"Hurry." Anna said quickly, too strained to say much else. Meanwhile, her mind scanned the area for any incoming threats, preparing to act accordingly.

"Don't be Seb." he sighed as he puts aside the boulder. "I can assure you it wasn't your fault."

I was clutching my bleeding head now.

Diving out of that death trap, the explosion behind me drove my entire body to the ground with tremendous force. My hands were barely able to stop my head from crashing into the ground first, fracturing my skull as my forehead hit the solid earth at 20 mph. The pain was far too real, making my hands shake as i covered my head.

Michael...
"GOD DAMNIT!!!!"
My shouts of pain were followed by swift memory's of my friends honorable sacrifice. My fingers were clawing at my head, digging deep into my scalp, trying to prevent myself from making contact with the ground.
Why!?!!!!?!?!?, i thought.
The battle in my head was lost. The demon surfaced himself with such ease, his maniac laughs echo in my head.

I was no longer in control of my hands anymore.

"Damnit..." i hoarsed softly as the walls of my throat closed slowly. I couldn't think for myself anymore... My eyes were tightly clenched shut, lined with tears of pain.
All around me were sounds i couldnt make out anymore. People shouting, debris falling...

"WHY NOT?" says the voice coming out of my mouth.

A while passed and Iris started to respond again, the pain of the bones still a bit shattered on her ribcage and leg woke her up; her green arrows work mainly as a first aid measure, she had never tried them for inner wounds like these, and for how she felt she could notice that the healing only placed her bones back into place but still shattered acting more like a weak glue to keep them in place and the open wounds inside of her were closed but the feel of having inner bleeding was still there, her mouth and throat still had a disgusting blood taste. Iris opened her eyes a bit and coughed out the blood left on her mouth.

She moaned slightly as she opened her eyes, she could spot a huge shadow near them, like if a monster was standing right next to them, she could only see the blurry shape of a beast but Sebastian wasn't agitated or with intentions to run, with effort Iris said "What ... is happening..."

"Well let's see... you got tricked and nearly died, during said time Mason got separated and nearly died as well. I heroically save your life, and his life was saved by Bub." Sebastian did all of this while tallying off on his fingers. "So I came here because Mason had your crossbow and we needed to heal you. Now we're just all waiting for you to wake up and now that you have, I'm wondering if you think you're okay enough for me to carry you over so that we can regroup with the rest of the team." He placed the green arrow she had previously given to him on her chest, "Maybe you should use this for yourself."

He looked at Bub, "So you coming or not?"

His giant monster smile was small, but prominent "You know it, brother."

Iris heard Sebastian and she could remember perfectly what had happened, tho... she wasn't expecting the monster to be actually Bub, she smirked at the part where Sebastian mentioned himself as a hero. But when he tried to place the green arrow on her body she stopped his arm grabing and stopping it with her hand, "I probably won't be able to spawn one of those in a while... let's check on the others first, they might beed it as well",when she tried to get up her chest started to burn, she could move her arms and her left leg perfectly, the sort-of broken leg could be moved as well but she won't be able to walk normally with it. "I... I might use some help to stand up, I just need something to hold myself with, I should be fine." She cleaned her chin that was dirty with a lot of dry blood using her shirt and stretched her arm waiting for Sebastian to helo her get up

"Hey I would've been fine if you guys didn't ditch me!" Mason proclaimed in self defense as he picked up another, larger rock. Juggling these things around really did seem to help, he wondered how powerful this telekinesis could get. "By the way what happened up there? I'm pretty sure mountains don't just explode like that... did Nikolai get scared and get trigger happy or something?" Mason chuckled.

Sebastian got up and gently picked her up, then proceeded to tilt her feet first so she could stand. He quickly caught her as she pressed down on her broken leg and stumbled forward. Samson climbed on to Iris' arm as Sebastian hooked it around the nape of his neck. "Mason, I dare you to say that in front of Nikolai when we get back to them. Him getting scared? You're going to have an extra hole to breath from. If you really must know, Sirius is back, and just like you he got some Fraysan augmentations. Yea, it's a problem." He nodded his head at Mason's expression. He smiled at Bub, "Glad to have you back man, now I can see them in the distance, let's head out." And helping Iris along the way, he walked with Mason and Bub over to Nikolai and everyone else.

He waved a hand at anyone who'd notice, "Hey guys, is everyone okay? I hope there's no serious injuries, we only have one healing arrow!"
