So, my whole life I've had bad allergies and will sneeze many times a day. Early on I learned to hold my sneezes in because sometimes when I would sneeze I would blow a shitload of snot out of my sinuses and it would be embarrassing.
Well, that's where the problem comes in, see for a few months now my hearing has gone down the shitter, my ears just hurt and ring now. But I've figured out what the problem is.
My sneezes aren't making it out of my nose so it's started to damage my ears.
But now when I try to let a sneeze out, I literally don't know how. My body locks it out before it even allows me to sneeze anymore, I'm totally conditioned.
What do?
Help! Jutsu's peculiar problem.

Dayum I did the same thing but whenever my ears were affected I just blocked my nose and try really hard to breathe out of it and for sometime the hearing would go dim but after a few seconds it's fine again. Other than that, I've not had any trouble letting the sneeze out fully.

Before you sneeze, push your tongue against the roof of your mouth.
