you don't have to sync just hits, you can sync movements and transitions as well as text

I know, but anyway, it's still too short. I think i can do 4-5 whooshes per hit with a lot of misses, but effect of syncing will be highly lost. We need more hits. :\

One question. Combo is too short for syncing. That will be maximum 8 seconds for normal 100 bpm. What should we do?

thats true
but my sketch is already 60seconds long,
its true i have a long intro, but that intro is the sticks talking to eachother and walking to eachother
so its still animated
im trying to sync almost everything i do haha

ill just say that the combo couldv been longer indeed
like their are no counter attacks
why not
we are almost to the last round
the combos should be hard and advanced by now...

idk why this is actually a question going on, you dont have to be THAT anal about syncing (100 bpm) most of the bse animations get synced with the music, none of them mattered untill this moment, so for me the round is not going to change the way i animate drasticly, and i imagine the same for you foscex with as refference your round 5... thats syncing dude dont let shuriken fool you with his 100 bpm stuff he is saying.

This right here.

You don't have to sync all the attacks to every consecutive part of the beat. But as Drone said, you can have certain movements and transitions filling the space to the next part of the beat you want your stick figure to attack. (Let's say we had 8 beats of part of a song, you wouldn't have to sync up 8 hits of the combo to every beat, you may use the space between some of those beats to anticipate for the next attack, which still must be performed on sync with the beat of the music.)

As long as your stick figure is attacking right at the beat, it's fine. During the round in Version 3, we were only given a 7-hit combo, and people were still able to pull it off.

Oxob's animation below gives you a pretty solid way on how to pull this off. Plus, I love it. It's great, lol.

Also remember, your BSE parts don't have to be incredibly long.

I'm pretty sure my animation even serves as a great example. http://sta.sh/0dhacr3pis6

Ok, then if combo can be not long, then i'm ready to make it short. Someone just told me i can give some bad things because of very short BSE. Don't worry, that won't be 3-4 second animation. :)

Nah man, all of my BSE rounds have been short and haven't had a score below 6.0.

Wait a minute, for the limb decapitation. It says "separating each of the limbs off a body", so do we have to take all the limbs off as the finisher?

hmmmm, this is the first time i noticed that, if that is so, then the hosts dont know what they are getting themselfs into (in the good way)
that means i can complete the theme i was going for, so is ^ that true.

Yeah, and only referring to the arms and legs, not the head. There are tons of ways you can go by this, too, whether your stick would like to take the victim's limbs off one by one, or even give such a forceful punch that it knocks the limbs off of the stick figure. :)
