what happens with that? does that get added after the 10th round maybe? or is it illegal to win with points higher than 10

hmmmm, it crossed my mind, and i was just wondering, what happens with someting like that, you can check in the last thread that it was kinda skipped as if the question wasnt asked, i wouldnt mind tho, because i dont need them now
but what if... does it have a rule applied to it?

nope there was probably never a rule for it cuz i dont think there was an extra point to earn in the last versions BTW! the word camila said was "generous" i think XD youre gonna be generous with those points :PP

allright the last round is gonna be a hard fight against pyrosamurai >: )

This comment kind of annoys me cause i actually i still feel this round i submitted a suitable entry compared to all my rounds since 7 it just didn't look as clean as judges would want. I honestly can't agree with lots of this competition, its judging, and overall organization this whole year but I didn't want to complain this whole time like other contestants. Regardless I quit i was honestly only in this competition for the prizes after a certain point(especially after the 7th round) cause it stressed me out as jerky as it may seem.

C'mon dude I know you, you didn't put much effort at all into that, you definitely started early did a few things lazily and then rushed to finish it in the last day or two
You have much older animations that were much better than this one

Unfortunately that's incorrect, it's not super polished but it is in no way a lazy animation. But i do agree i have better animations and I could've done more. Judging isn't based on what you've done better, but what you present. Regardless pivot's was also done not that clean and he has way better animations (not to offend) and he received first so i would rather do something i like without frustrating myself. I'm not asking for a higher score, but i do like the animation i presented. On a side note 700th post ^-^

i had some of those rounds too, its all about the visual mind fucks, to let the viewer believe he/she has saw something so cool but animation wise it was not that impressive, pivot has some of those and i learned it the hard way in some of my rounds becuase i was expirementing in what i could and could not do to make animations faster and still appealing to the eye
but all your scores are in the 6 and maybe 7 in this competition, altho 6.1 is the lowest you got so far, it is still in the 6 right

Ez, FL-Nordin, i wasn't offended by the scores at all. It is what it is. I'm honestly happy because in most rounds i got two very good scores from judges(like high 7s-9) and one bad. The thing that annoyed me the most was the 7th round because i worked a while to get that through due to certain things and mine was automatically unconsidered for judging when it was never a rule that unfinished animations couldn't be submitted and the competition didn't start that way. Also, Ez i did come in wanting to progress in animation(from like rounds 1-6 i was pretty happy), but after a while it got stressful. The only things i dislike about the judging are how it switched it rules after the competition had already begun(for example in round 1-2 you could submit an unfinished animation and still get a grade, even though i still stand by the statement that mine was done).

It's alot more fun and you usually tend to animate better if you come into this competition with "I want to get better" instead of "I want the prize". Personally I think that's one major draw back of having these money prizes is that it does stress people out, it's about winning an everyone becomes edgier rather than let's help the community overall get better. It's a long time commitment with many deadlines so it will always be rather stress inducing. I did it for self improvement but also simply to do the best I could and see how I compared. Not faulting your opinion Ezy, just sharing my thoughts ^_^ .
