Actually, I have been hearing of this from a huge group of people including someone from my clan, and a huge amount of people in the chat. It's starting to annoy me. Your situation reminds me of investing money into banks xD. That's why I don't buy the huge membership and just wait for months to pass. Hope you get your money back.

Also, the huge membership most likely ran out a while ago, but because of a glitch with membership, you never lost access to chaos/elementals, and when Brock/Crazy fixed it and updated it, a massive amount of players lost it, including me.
