Yeah, it's really laggy.

For me it only lags a littlebit during the first view, but it eases off when I look at it again. Does that only work for me?

It doesn't lag only on the last 50 frames or so.

It's fairly good. It could use some more camera angles. Also, work on anticipation. The psycho troll guy kinda stood still until hit without any time stoppage effect. Some more exaggerated sword trails would help too. I thought the animation was also very fluid. Great concept! I'd love to see you create a longer version!
