More like people who are dumb give dumb rating, people who are smart give accurate rating. So the rating after all is biased and inaccurate regardless.
Well, there aren't that many dumb people. The dumb people we know would be ignored and not taken too seriously, as there past dumb behavior will let us know he isn't someone to mind.
The rating might seem inaccurate to some people probably due to a matter of opinion, many people think differently about the same person. For example, some people thought WyzDM was a big jerk for raging sometimes, and leaving without reason so they gave him a low rating, while others who respected him more and were closer, gave him a good rating as they saw him as a very skilled player, he lead the clan for a long time etc. You see, there isn't a correct rating and a wrong rating. It's pretty much opinion and experience. At least that's my opinion XD
Sure, this has brought up things that have caused disputes but it's brought them up in a far more controlled and managed way than when they would inevitably have happened later, due to people explaining their viewpoint each time something comes up here.
