Metal's animation is only about 10 or so seconds longer, he made it seem like more by adding an intro and credits.
ASM's battle made more sense and was funner to watch
Not a single movement from Metal's animation even comes close to the smoothness of ASM's.

ASM's was short, but it looks nearly as professional as someone like Hyun of Terkoiz, and a simple Pivot animation just cannot compete with that.

A 5 seconds animation is no excuse for an RHG battle. Intro may make it seem longer, but for an RHG battle, it should be used. I am not gonna give a point to someone who made a 5 seconds, punch and power combo long animation. I am not gonna do that.

A 16 second animation is no excuse for an RHG battle either. Both of these animations were incredibly short, too short to compare them based on how long they took, so all we have left to look at is their quality, and ASM blows metal out of the water.

Metal did what many people on RHG do, he created the illusion of quality by having the figures stop moving completely and just talking, adding more time and creating an illusion of effort put into the video. If you take out the parts when the characters completely pause and there is no real animation, metal's comes out at only 10 seconds, 4 seconds longer than ASM's, not nearly enough to make up for the huge gap in quality.

The problem with this is they BOTH have intros, the difference is that ASM lets you choose how long his intro is with a play button, Metal's is a set amount since it's in the video. If you're going to count Metal's intro, it's only fair to count ASM's as if it were the same length. Same with the credits, ASM's is a flash so the credits stay for as long as you stay on the page, so it's only fair to put it at the length of Metal's.
Animation: 6 seconds + 4 second intro + 24 second credits = 34 seconds, 6 shorter than Metal's, 3x higher quality.

Basically, here's the breakdown even if you count ASM's as only the fighting part and Metal's as fighting + intro + credits.

ASM:
Fighting: 5/10 Interesting use of powers and movements that made sense.
Quality: 8/10 Sound effects + almost Hyun quality animation.
Time: 1/10 Very short
Total: 14/30

Meta
Fighting: 2/10 Many of the moves were nonsensical
Quality: 3/10 Pretty choppy and ASM's arms could've been made better
Time: 4/10 Even counting the intro and the credits, fairly short video.
Total: 9/30

Grey it sounds like you are actually taking this as an argument when we should be helping them and giving them advice.

well if his animation is totally in that level he will be get featured. that's not even equal, that is just a 5 secs battle!? that's too fast too be considered a battle! you called that a battle? I call that a speed battle >.>

Im not on ASM's side, but for fuck sake metal, are you serious? Are you seriously going to rush your godamn anim just because your enemy is being impatient? No man. Take your time, jeus. You know there are a lot of rhg battles which lasted for months, or if I dont even know but possible, a year. So why can't you? That isnt a reason. Impatience of your enemy isnt a reason.

Also ASM shut up and wait. You're basically wanting to know who the fuck is better. Well excuse me, please look at your anim before you even bother underestimate your enemy. If you want to be better that metal, or if you want metal's anim to suck balls, then youre no rhg fighter.


Grey bb pls. So I heard its a 5 second great animation. Is it good enough for an rhg battle? Imo, no. 5 seconds of smooth shit can be made by anybody, even the noobiest animators (if they take their time of course). Let's see here.

Some metal-leveled animator challenged Terkoiz to an rhg. Terkoiz makes a, lets say 6 seconds, rhg battle between him and the challenger, because he barely gives a fuck about rhg nowadays, right? While the challenger made a 25+ second animation full of failed angle attempts, and just combat. No talking, just continuous combat. But with flaws, such as wobbliness. It took him sacrifice of his time just to animate his battle, while terkoiz took him only a few hours, just chilling with a coke. Who would you vote, level 5 challenger or level 30 terkoiz?

Thats non sense ive seen many piv anims dat are better than flash anims that statement was offensive

And grey I think asm is now where near terkoiz and hyun level yet
