Yeah, happens for me as well. The patch notes show up about half the time.

Buffing E on Classic will at the same time buff E on DM. And E is plenty OP enough on DM.

ALL they really NEED to fix is BLIND GATE. REMOVE that and I'll be HAPPY :) Replace it for walls

Ele is so difficult to fix though. OP in certain situations, and UP in others, and it's hard to buff/nerf it without making it horribly OP/UP in any situation.
