Work on your footplacement to avoid stiff on the legs.
It seems that he is always looking down(raise your head!)
It will be better if you start with a normal stance(calm down and put your arms down!)
The anticipation make a hit powerful, the shaking camera is a plus and doesn't make your animation better(remember that!)
Put more force to the jump and to the last kick.(Make them more natural!)
And avoid stiffness (move every joint!).
I don't know how pivot works so thats all I'm going to tell you and remember I'm not good in animations:p
