My friend showed me how to use Paint Tool Sai, I decided to make a coolio picture of Deconstructor in the rain.

The water looks really strange. It should blend in more and be more spread out.
The glare streak coming out of it's "eye" looks kinda strange. It should fade more and be a bit lighter at the center.
Finally, Deconstructor itself looks rather flat. Put a bit more into the shading, and try using more contrast. A more consistent light source could help as well.
That said, I like how you used the blur, and the lighting on those water droplets is really good.
