[Off Topic] Assembling a gamedev team

Note: I posted this on the Steam Forums earlier, and I was advised to go to some off topic section in some random community as Steam Forums are full of trolls. Since SP's "off topic" section is General Discussion, here we go.
Yea, i am assembling a gamedev team. I have a project running, and I need more people. The project is a survival game that is based in a city attacked by aliens or sum shit. Basically it's a 3D game runnin on Unity, and I'd like to see if anyone on SP would like to participate. JavaScript on Unity is ported in a way which makes it work pretty much the same as AS on Flash. If you do not want to program, concept art would be appreciated as most animators can draw. Logos, textures, models and music would be nice, but I do not expect everybody to be able to do these things. If any of you guys are interested and are able to contribute atleast one kind of these resources, PM me, we can discuss it, and maybe we can reach an agreement.
The game puts the player into a world of survival and combat. You will have to move around the city and look for things you can survive with. You battle with alien creatures. You can take their weapons and even control their vehicles. The rest of the time you will have to hide, use stealth tactics, or just think of some other way to protect yourself.

What role do you play in this team? What skills and assets do you bring to the table?

Personally, I can do at least a little of each of those things. Because of that, I can minimally educate people who might need it. That's one thing.
Second, I keep the project together. I have the main file. I request certain people to make an asset, receive it, and put it in the project. I will also prepare assets by myself, of course.
I am not a master on all of these things, that is why I need a team.
In terms of the specific skills that I am good at and will prepare most assets on: Modelling - 4 years since I started, scripting, texture design, logos and music.

I might try this, but I'll need to see what else you have in terms of gameplay.

I can do concept art or something of that nature for you if you have any concrete ideas for what some of the characters should look like

I'm not putting characters in the game yet. For now i'm concentrating on gameplay and the map.
Concepts on props and buildings are the only kind of concepts i need for now.
