Tiny animation, just to test things, sound is terrible, don't know what is wrong :(
Anyhow, this is a guy with a huge hammer, vs this poor little guy with a blade

Thanks alot, haven't seen that style you are talking about, but I guess I've gotta look it up :P Tried several times to do a full length project, but halfway I lost my interest :/

This is really nice, you seem to understand basic concepts of animation so im gonna drop some other shit for yo mind.
On the first hammer swing, I think you need some more anticipation in that. It creates a lot of blood and damage so I'd suggest raising the black stick up as he swing the hammer upwards, using his whole body to get more power out of his downward swing.
On the hammer drag and throw definitely throw some more anticipation in there and make the black stick shift his weight a lot more into the grey and then back, that'll get you a really nice arc and movement to follow.
Seems like you forgot about the grey sticks back arm at one point, it hesitates and quickly changes arc when I think you could leave to bounce back and flop around a little more, after all he did just get hammered in the head :P
(Nitpicking, but it's all I can do to help you advance your work! :D)

That is very useful, and now I really want to make an animation with a lot of focus on the little neat stuff :P Sometimes I see that people comment of things that my animation should contain, truth is... it is there, however it is so poorly animated that it's barely visuable.

Once thing I've always been told on animation is, when you think you've done enough, push it some more.
That can be applied to almost anything, but most specifically poses. Good luck with the rest of your work!
