No Hewitt, you're not wrong, the way he's standing looks pretty awkward, it would be hard to maintain that position for long, especially while carrying a sword like that, he'd be crazy off-balance. But what bothers me most about the feet isn't really the placement so much as how small his feet are. One thing to watch out for when drawing feet is thinking that you're just drawing a shoe. That isn't the case, you're drawing a foot INSIDE of a shoe. This mindset will usually keep people from giving their characters the little baby feet this guy has here.
I really like the coloring style you've got going on here though, it's simple but effective, and of course I like your drawing as a whole, keep up the good work

It didn't take very long to draw, just a few hours. I try to finish things quickly or else i'll lose interest in them.

Yeah =w=; I really don't like drawing hands.

A lot of people don't like drawing hands, lol.
It's a good piece, but the character design is honestly pretty generic, and kind of boring.
Also, no way would his pockets still be at that angle, they should be perpendicular to the direction the coat is blowing. And where does his shirt go at the top? You can see his collarbones which implies his shirt isn't there. I also don't like the way you've coloured the hair, it looks glossy, like a solid object. I don't like the shape of the ears, they look more like elf ears rather than human ears. And lastly, why does he have a sword but nothing to sheathe it with? Is he just supposed to hold it all the time?

Try doing some Gesture Drawings, the picture seems really stiff and awkward.
