You can get the free 30 day trial of Flash CC but after that you have to buy it, and anyone who tells you of other ways is an evil liar.

I've had it without paying anything, got it from a friend, but now I have to pay 300-400$, I'm not Bill Gates :/

We recommend pivot and easytoon as alternatives, depending on whether you want straight lines or freehand drawing.
