With their self-awareness (hopefully), the bizarre subject matter and the... vocals, I was baffled on how to rate it even on a personal level. I mean its a comedy song right? It's funny and also catchy. I replayed it like 3 or more times. Yet I can't take it seriously enough to add to my playlist. The two factors that I use to determine how I rate it are at war. IT DOESN'T MAKE SENSE!
It reminds me of Flight of the Conchords somewhat.

Are you saying that you find all comedy songs to be unfunny? Or are those not the 2 criteria that you're talking about.

And yes, I too have raped the replay button so many times and still haven't added it in my list

I find comedy songs funny. Except they are hard to rate since I decide how I rate a song on two things: Whether I will add it to my playlist and how often I will replay.

Now a song from the Dark Knight OST for example would have me add it to my playlist, but I wouldn't replay it all that often. Some other of the songs I have nominated here are in my playlist and replay the hell out of. In all cases, songs that I have enjoyed to some degree will enter my playlist (that would give it an 8 if you want to quantify it) and will be replayed depending on how I feel (replayability allows it to climb up from the 8).

I enjoyed this song. I replayed it a lot. However I couldn't add it to my playlist because it wasn't a "serious" song. I, for some reason, separated comedy songs from the more "standard" songs. Therefore it needs its own way of rating since it broke the current one.

I'm just unsure on how I should judge that song lmao. Funny in a side, though bit awkward due to the voice the guy got there. Probably because of my personal preference towards on judging a good/bad musics based from personal preference, this kind of song is just pretty much new to my ears.
