I've purchased several money cards. I loaded my most recent card with 100 dollars.
My attempts to setup a paypal account have failed again and again.
I have the information on me right now. Who can I on that has the power to enable membership for the duration of the remaining amount on the card?
United States is where I reside so keep this in mind.
I don't know why I can't make a paypal but if someone could do this for me Cj will receive his payment.
I used Facebook for one payment but it disabled further use on that Facebook account.

I found that using a card of a holder < 18 years was prevented and I just reimbursed my parents and used their card.
