Recently bought a pen (Intous small from Wacom) and I decided to do some badass training with it...
Which turned into this! All forms of critique are accepted: Form, flow, awkward physics and body parts, stuff that makes a "hopefully" decent animator just a tiny bit better ;)

Dont make your animation STOP AND GO.
You must link the movements so it looks smooth.
Work on your stick fig construction.
Dont use free transform tool when you charge up like the last part of your anim, instead draaw it frame by frame and make it look like he is charging.
Affect your stick with gravity and ease your sticks
